Title: Approval Requirements for Licensing, Certification and Non-accredited Programs 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs proposes to amend its regulations that govern educational assistance programs designed to prepare individuals for licensure or certification and approval requirements for accredited and nonaccredited programs designed to prepare an individual for licensure and certification in a State. This proposal implements specific authorities of Public Law 114-315, known as the Jeff Miller and Richard Blumenthal Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2016.
