Abstract:
The Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee) is seeking comment in order to amend its regulation to clearly articulate the conditions or factors of nonprofit agency performance that lead to suspension and disqualification from the AbilityOne Program. The Committee is exploring a system of suspension and disqualification modeled after the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) at 48 CFR 9.4 to outline the scope, causes and procedures of suspension and disqualification. |
