Abstract:
The NCUA Board (Board) is considering issuing a proposed rule to modernize the NCUA's regulations governing compensation in connection with loans to members and lines of credit to members to provide more flexibility to credit unions and their employees. The Board will consider comments received on its April 2019, advance notice of proposed rulemaking in preparing any proposed rule. |
