Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2019-007, Update of Historically Underutilized Business Zone Program 
Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement regulatory changes issued in a final rule on November 26, 2019, by the Small Business Administration regarding the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. The regulatory changes are intended to reduce the regulatory burden associated with the HUBZone Program. This rule promotes equity in Federal procurement.
