Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to increase flexibilities and efficiencies regarding certified mail, in-person business, mail, notarization, original documents, seals, and signatures using digital and virtual technology. This would streamline certain essential contracting procedures.
