Title: ●Crop Insurance Reporting and Other Changes | |
Abstract:
This rule will simplify record-keeping requirements for producers who sell their production directly to consumers. It can be to entities related to themselves or producers who have a financial interest in more than one business operation within the overall supply chain of their products (commonly referred to as vertically integrated). This rule will allow these producers to use their own existing records. Prior to this rule, FCIC required records from disinterested third parties. This will make it easier for producers to provide supporting records by allowing them to use the records that are under their control. |
