DoD is merging 0750-AL26 into this RIN since both RINs address cost or pricing data requirements. DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to: (1) state the requirement for offerors to submit data other than cost or pricing data as necessary upon contracting officer request; (2) establish a standard $2 million threshold requiring data other than cost or pricing data with respect to subcontracts and price adjustments; and (3) require contracting officers to modify as soon as practicable contracts affected by a change in the threshold to submit data other than cost or pricing data.
