Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement to implement section 817 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 (Pub. L. 117-81), which repeals section 829 of the NDAA for FY 2017 (Pub. L. 114-328) that provided a preference for fixed-price contracts.
