Title: ●Guidance on Place of Performance Contract Requirements (DFARS Case 2022-D015) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 875 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 (Pub. L. 117-81), which requires the Secretary of Defense to issue guidance that avoids unnecessarily restrictive place of performance requirements, to the maximum extent practicable, when a place of performance is specified in a contract.  The statute also requires the Secretary of Defense to implement any necessary training related to such guidance.
