Abstract:
This rule proposes to exempt DoD Operations Records from certain provision of the Privacy Act of 1974 pursuant to exemption (k)(1). The Privacy Act allows Federal agencies to exempt eligible records in a system of records from certain provisions of the Act, including those that provide individuals with a right to request access to and amendment of their own records. A System of Records Notice will also publish on the same day as the rule. |
