Title: FY 2023 Skilled Nursing Facility (SNFs) Prospective Payment System and Consolidated Billing and Updates to the Value-Based Purchasing and Quality Reporting Programs (CMS-1765) 
Abstract:

This annual final rule updates the payment rates used under the prospective payment system for SNFs for fiscal year 2023.  The rule also includes updates for the SNF Quality Reporting Program (QRP) and for the Skilled Nursing Facility Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) Program that will affect Medicare payment to SNFs.
