Title: ●Unaccompanied Children Program Foundational Rule 
Abstract:

This rule will establish the regulatory framework for a variety of activities currently conducted by the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s Unaccompanied Children Program. The rule will target activities  currently mandated under the Flores Settlement Agreement, and it will further strengthen and codify additional protections and service provisions for unaccompanied children.
