Abstract:

This rule would revise the Bureau of Land Management's fire-trespass and cost recovery regulations. The changes would help prevent wildfires by creating a more effective deterrent to human-caused wildfires and unauthorized burning of public lands and make it easier for the agency to recover damages from wildfires.
