Title: ●Closure and Restriction Orders | |
Abstract:
This proposed rule would allow the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to better protect persons, property and public lands and resources by allowing the agency to close or restrict the use of public lands in a more timely manner. The rule would also make the BLM’s regulations more consistent with other Federal land management agencies’ closure and restriction authorities. |
