Title: ●Electronic Submission of Records 
Abstract:

The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) is amending its Federal regulations that govern record keeping and file maintenance requirements for onshore and offshore Federal and Indian oil and gas, geothermal, and solid mineral leases. Currently, members of industry must make available for inspection audit records at their business location during normal business hours. This proposed rule will require lessees, operators, production reporters, and other persons to alternatively produce records electronically upon request.
