Abstract:

The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) is issuing this final rule to comply with a Federal court decision that vacated the Federal and Indian coal provisions of ONRR’s 2016 Consolidated Federal Oil & Gas and Federal & Indian Coal Valuation Reform Final Rule.
