Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Red-Cockaded Woodpecker From Endangered to Threatened With a Section 4(d) Rule 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to reclassify the red-cockaded woodpecker (Picoides borealis) from endangered to threatened and proposed rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act. The red-cockaded woodpecker is found in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.
