Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule For Puerto Rican Harlequin Butterfly and Designation of Critical Habitat 
Abstract:

FWS will make a determination on our proposal to list the Puerto Rico harlequin butterfly (Atlantea tulita) as a threatened species with a 4(d) rule under the Endangered Species Act. This butterfly is found in Puerto Rico. FWS will also make a final determination to designate critical habitat for the Puerto Rico harlequin butterfly.
