Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Palo de Rosa From Endangered to Threatened With Section 4(d) Rule 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to reclassify (downlist) palo de rosa (Ottoschulzia rhodoxylon) from endangered to threatened on the List of Endangered and Threatened Plants. Palo de rosa is found in Puerto Rico. FWS will also finalize the rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act for the palo de rosa.
