Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removing Golden Paintbrush From the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Plants 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to remove the golden paintbrush (Castilleja levisecta) from the List of Endangered and Threatened Plants due to recovery. The golden paintbrush is a flowering plant found in Southwestern British Columbia, Canada, Western Washington, and Western Oregon.
