Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule for a Distinct Population Segment of Frecklebelly Madtom and Designation of Critical Habitat 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to list a distinct population segment (DPS) of the frecklebelly madtom (Noturus munitus) as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act with a section 4(d) rule. This fish is found in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. FWS will also make a final determination to designate critical habitat for a DPS of the frecklebelly madtom.
