Abstract:
FWS will make a listing determination for the glowing indian-paintbrush (Castilleja ornata) and Tharp’s blue-star (Amsonia tharpii) under the Endangered Species Act. Glowing indian-paintbrush is a plant found in New Mexico and Mexico, and Tharp's blue-star is a plant found in New Mexico and Texas. FWS will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable. |
