Abstract:

This proposed rule would reevaluate the August 27, 2019, rule (84 FR 44753) that requires the FWS to determine what protective regulations are appropriate for species added to or reclassified on the lists of threatened species pursuant to section 4 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended.
