Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Tricolored Bat 
Abstract:

FWS will make a listing determination for the tricolored bat (Perimyotis subflavus) under the Endangered Species Act.  This bat is found throughout much of the United States and parts of Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, and Nicaragua. FWS will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
