Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Species Status for the Dixie Valley Toad 
Abstract:

FWS issued an emergency rule under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, to list the Dixie Valley toad (Bufo williamsi) as an endangered species. The rule provides listing protection until December 2, 2022. FWS simultaneously issued a proposed rule to solicit public comment on adding the species to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. The Dixie Valley toad occurs in Nevada.
