Title: ●Drain Tile Setback Rule
Abstract:

This rulemaking action would create new regulations pertaining to wetland easements to bring consistency, transparency, and clarity for both easement landowners and the agency in the administration of conservation easements. The regulations will better protect encumbered wetland areas and provide greater transparency and certainty to landowners by codifying the process by which the Service establishes drain tile setbacks to protect wetland easement contracts.
