Abstract:
This proposed rule would amend the special regulations for Ozark National Scenic Riverways to allow bicycle use on approximately 11 miles of new and existing trails. National Park Service regulations require promulgation of a special regulation to designate new trails for bicycle use off park roads and outside of developed areas. |
