Title: Federal Policy for the Protection of Human Subjects 
Abstract:

This rule finalizes Justice’s portion of the rule, Federal Policy for the Protection of Human Subjects, which was published by multiple Federal agencies (including Justice) as an NPRM on September 8, 2015 (82 FR 53933), and which was finalized by the other participating agencies (but not including Justice) by a final rule published on January 19, 2017 (82 FR 7149). This is a conforming rule to make revisions to modernize, strengthen, and make more effective the Federal Policy for the Protection of Human Subjects.
