Title: Implementation of the SUPPORT Act: Dispensing and Administering Controlled Substances for Medication-Assisted Treatment 
Abstract:

This rulemaking will update the DEA’s regulations to implement the provisions of the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act of 2018 expanding the range of practitioners eligible to prescribe FDA-approved medications for the treatment of opioid use disorder and modifying provisions governing the delivery of a controlled substance by a pharmacy to a practitioner.
