Title: Disaster Registration Emergency Authorities 
Abstract:

The Drug Enforcement Administration is proposing to amend its regulations to create a temporary registration option to be utilized during a disaster or declared emergency corresponding to the Public Health Emergencies and Stafford Act Disaster declarations or other disaster or declared emergency declarations.  Specifically, this proposed rule would create a temporary registration option for hospitals/clinics and pharmacies; and a temporary registration exemption to allow for emergency practitioner mobility during a disaster or declared emergency.
