Title: Partnerships With Faith-Based and Neighborhood Organizations 
Abstract:

The Department of Education and eight other participating Federal agencies issued a final rule on December 17, 2020 (85 FR 82037), to implement Executive Order 13831 (Establishment of a White House Faith and Opportunity Initiative).  However, President Biden revoked Executive Order 13831 via Executive Order 14015 (Establishment of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships), and the Department of Education and the other participating Federal agencies are engaging in an interagency process to propose revisions to 2 CFR part 3474 and 34 CFR parts 75 and 76.
