In the Notice of Inquiry, the Commission sought comments on the accounting and reporting treatment of certain renewable energy generating assets and renewable energy credits.  In addition, the Commission sought comments on the ratemaking implications of these accounting and reporting changes (Docket No. RM21-11-000).
