Title: Rescission of Obsolete Property Management Regulations
Abstract: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) published an interim final rule to amend DOE's Property Management Regulations to conform to the Federal Property Management Regulation/Federal Management Regulation (FPMR/FMR), to remove out-of-date government property parameters, and update references. This rule does not alter substantive rights or obligations under current law.
