Title: Worker Safety and Health Program 
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy ("DOE") is proposing to amend its current worker safety and health program regulations at 10 CFR part 851 to ensure accuracy and consistency with 10 CFR part 850 (Chronic Beryllium Disease Prevention Program), correct regulatory references, and clarify that DOE did not intend to adopt certain threshold limit values for beryllium and beryllium compounds.
