Title: Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources and Emission Guidelines for Existing Sources: Other Solid Waste Incineration Units Review
Abstract:

On August 31, 2020, EPA issued a proposed rule describing its periodic review under CAA section 129(a)(5) of the new source performance standards and emission guidelines for new and existing other solid waste incineration (OSWI) units. Units covered under the OSWI rule include certain very small municipal waste combustion and institutional waste incineration units. EPA did not propose revisions to the OSWI standards specifically based on its periodic review, but the Agency did propose various changes to the OSWI standards. EPA is finalizing this action to review and revise the OSWI standards and guidelines
