Title: Revisions to the Transportation Acquisition Regulation 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would update the Transportation Acquisition Regulation to reflect changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, to reflect organizational changes in the Department, to incorporate recent statutory changes and government mandates, and to accomplish editorial changes for clarification.
