Abstract:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend its adjudication regulation concerning presumptive service connection for diseases associated with exposure to certain herbicide agents. This amendment implements provisions of the Fiscal Year 2021 (FY21) National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which added bladder cancer, hypothyroidism, and Parkinsonism as conditions eligible for presumptive service connection based exposure to certain herbicide agents. |
