Abstract:

CNCS plans to amend its Child Care regulations found at 45 CFR 2522.250 and 2556.320(f) to:

(1) provide greater flexibilities and clarity surrounding the median income limitation in 2522.250(a)(1)(ii)-(iii), and

(2) potentially change the child care allowance amount.
