Title: Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Regulations | |
Abstract:
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to amend its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations. The FOIA was enacted in 1966 and has been subsequently amended several times. This revision is required to incorporate amendments to the FOIA since OPM’s FOIA Regulations were last revised in 2008, inclusive of the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, and to streamline OPM’s FOIA processing procedures. |
