Abstract:
The Office of Personnel Management is proposing several changes to support program stability and flexibility with abbreviated underwriting, establishing rules for suspension of applications for Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP) enrollment, and identifying the requirements around any such suspension periods. In addition, there are technical corrections proposed for clarity. |
