The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a proposed rule to advance pay equity in Governmentwide pay systems, such as the General Schedule, by revising salary determinations based on salary history, making other changes to improve pay administration, and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the Federal workforce.
