Abstract:

In response to an agency request, the Office of Personnel Management proposes revisions to its regulations in 5 CFR parts 581 and 582. The revisions in 5 CFR part 581 would provide certain administrative updates regarding the list of agents designated to accept legal process and delete a duplicative reference which is already included in 5 CFR part 581, Appendix A.
