Title: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program: Non-Discretionary Quality Control Provisions of the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018
Abstract: Section 4013 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 requires the Department to revise its regulations via interim final rulemaking to reflect numerous changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program’s (SNAP) Quality Control system. The provisions within this rule are non-discretionary. This rule finalizes the Interim Final Rule previously published on August 13, 2021 (86 FR 44575).
