Title: Regulation of Law Enforcement Services Contracts at Civil Works Water Resource Projects Administered by the Chief of Engineers 
Abstract:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) proposes to amend this regulation, which authorizes contracts with States and their political subdivisions to obtain increased law enforcement services at Corps water resource development projects to meet needs during peak visitation periods. This proposed rule would make the regulation consistent with statutory authority, including the deletion of an obsolete reference to an expiration of the program and revision of the maximum authorized appropriation amount for each fiscal year.
