Title: Prompt Payment of Contractors (DFARS Case 2021-D008) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 815 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021. Section 815 revises requirements for accelerating payments to small business prime contractors and for small business subcontractors.
