Title: DoD Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program; Amendment
Abstract:

DoD is finalizing an amendment to 32 CFR part 286 that will update the list of designated Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requester Service Centers listed in 286.3 and correct language concerning the FOIA Public Liaison role from Mediation to Dispute Resolution, found in 286.4. According to the FOIA, an agency may, in its regulation, designate those components that can receive FOIA requests.
