Title: Privacy Act of 1974; Implementation (DoD Personnel Accountability and Assessment System, DPR 39 DoD) 
Abstract:

This rule will exempt the DoD Personnel Accountability and Assessment System of Records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. The Privacy Act allows Federal agencies to exempt eligible records in a system of records from certain provisions of the Act, including those that provide individuals with a right to request access to and amendment of their own records. The DoD is publishing this as a direct final rule, because we do not expect to receive any significant adverse comments.
