Abstract: The Department of Defense (DoD) Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness is proposing changes to the DoD Voluntary Education Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This DoD MOU executes DoD policy, which requires educational institutions wishing to participate in the DoD Tuition Assistance (TA) Program to sign a DoD MOU prior to receiving funds from a service's TA program.
