Title: Privacy Act of 1974; Implementation (Defense Corrections System and Parole Board Records, DoD-00XX) 
Abstract:

This rule will exempt the Corrections and Parole Board Records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. The Department proposes to exempt portions of this system of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act because information in this system of records may fall within the scope of a Privacy Act exemption.
