Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule for Egyptian Tortoise 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to list the Egyptian tortoise (Testudo kleinmanni) as a threatened species with a section 4(d) rule under the Endangered Species Act. The Egyptian tortoise is found in Libya, Egypt, and Israel.
